Dont want to publish my favorite fishing holes

Caught fish records are stored online, in HuntFishTrackers web storage. There is no reason why the data couldnt be stored in the iPhone, as it is in the companys nearly identical app, "After The Catch". I find this suspicious.

I dont see anything in the privacy disclosure that prevents HuntFishTracker from using the trip logs to create and publish a database of all users favorite, most productive fishing holes. Such a database would sell very well.

Tell me Im just paranoid...
