Web storage?

I just paid $5 for an app that would kill a fish by the time I could record any information associated with the catch.

Syncing with web storage can take up to 15 minutes. There should be an option to manually sync, background sync, or not sync at all. The iPhone can store the data and maybe I dont want the web to know where I caught my biggest fish. Why couldnt I sync all info after my trip is over instead of every time I open the app? Why cant I show a buddy a picture of the fish I caught without having to wait 15 minutes for the app to "sync to web storage"?

It appears that the pro version is the only one with this problem from all reviews. Unfortunately, there is not an option to downgrade, only to upgrade.
